Samples of raw materials, including yarns, are checked by the Company’s quality assurance staff against international benchmark quality standards before production. In the production of weft knitted fabrics, cones of yarn, after winding, are put on creels to feed into circular knitting machines to knit the fabric. In the production of warp knitted fabrics, yarns are wound on a beam. The beam is put onto the knitting machine and yarns are fed from the beam to the machine for knitting. After knitting, the greige fabrics are inspected before being transported to the dyeing process.
